  • Attorney

    Alexis is a tenacious litigator who places her clients first. Licensed to practice in both Washington and Alaska, Alexis graduated from the University of Washington School of Law as well as the Evans School of Public Policy in 2018, earning both her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Public Administration.

    Before law school, Alexis served for eight years as an Army Reserve Military Intelligence Officer at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Alexis then served on Active Duty as a Trial Counsel (prosecutor) for a year and as a Trial Defense Counsel for three years at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. 

    Alexis then worked as an attorney for an Alaskan firm for two years where she perfected her skills as a criminal defense attorney, and began working to defend worker’s rights as an employment law attorney. Alexis is a member of the National Employment Lawyer’s Association and a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel.


    On October 13, 2025, Alexis became the owner and managing attorney of Alexis Howell, Attorney at Law.

  • Paralegal

    Alicia is a skilled and dedicated paralegal with over 7 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to this firm, she was part of Carlson Law Group and spent several years specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. She is known for her attention to detail, building strong client relationships, and her ability to work well under pressure. She is proficient in drafting many types of legal documents, managing case files, and preparing attorneys for trial.

    Alicia is a true professional, and her passion for the law makes her a standout in the legal field.
